J&W Development Company Limited was founded in 1999 under Thai commercial law. The company is fully capitalized with 600 million Baht. The company's major business is property development and management. Currently the company owns a 16 stories building (total floor area of 19,000 SQM) located on prime residential area in Sukhumvit Soi 55 (Thonglor). This building features 2 components.

The first component is a spacious three floor commercial area (3,400 SQM) currently occupied by a sister company called DM HOME for its showroom.

The second component is our 39 room luxury apartment managed by the company.
